Do u think that rural sentrepreneurs will play a significant role in revivingng the rural economy after covid-19 justify your answer?  

The COVID-19 outbreak and government-led measures to contain it are having widespread effects on rural economies across everywhere. This disease is affecting all aspects of rural society, both directly when people from rural communities fall ill, but also because of the social distancing restrictions that are in place to limit the progress of the disease. Some of these impacts will also be medium- or long-term. However, more severe restrictions placed on personal travel for non-essential purposes may impact more heavily on rural areas, due to the greater dispersal of workplaces, consumer and business services, and the importance of visitor economies to many rural areas.

Now, the question is what rural entrepreneur can do to revive the economy, so there are a variety of options which rural entrepreneur can do: 

Farm Economy: Agriculture is the main source of income in rural areas and in this critical time also there is a need to invest more in farming so that good crops and food can be cultivated for the people there and they can sell it in the rural areas itself in reasonable price so that at least the local people can avail the benefit of it.

Hand Made Disinfectant soap : Soap making is an easy process these days. It is made by combination of oil and sodium hydroxide lye which causes a chemical reaction called saponification. You can add disinfectant ingredients in it so that it can fight from viruses. This does not require much space and if it fulfills consumer requirement then you are good to go ahead.

 Medical Services Delivery : These days people do not want to go outside for buying anything instead they want someone to deliver the things at their doorsteps. If someone provide this essential service in Rural areas also then it will be a boon for them that medicines are getting delivered at their respective homes. This way rural entrepreneur can bring opportunities for employment of many local people their and help in reviving the rural economy.

Fisheries : It is a method of raising and harvesting fishes. Ponds are easily available in rural areas. Anyone who have a accessibly of pond can start raising fishes. Then can be raised with very less expenditure. Fishes need good care and some food to eat and will be raised easily. Infact many people of rural area do posses skills of raising fishes and other aquatic animals naturally.

Providing Finance : The government or bank can provide finance to anyone who want to invest aor do some business in rural areas with least interest rate. This way they will become financially independent and will be motivated to do some kind of business. Farmers can also take the benefit of it.

Providing Food to those effected with Covid or those who are ill : You can arrange some meals for those who can't cook or do not have the required stuffs to cook due to current Covid situation. In behalf you can take some nominal charge from them. You can give food rich in essential nutrients to support them. You can make plain vegetable thali which includes dal, chapati, rice and seasonal green vegetables with some salad in it.

Promote and Expand NAREGA : NAREGA is Mahatama Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act. It is a social security scheme that aims to provide livelihood, sustenance and employment to the rural communities and labourers in India. It aims to guarantee the "right to work". It aims to enhance livelihood security in rural areas by providing at least 100 days of wage employment in a financial year to every household whose adult members volunteer to do unskilled manual work.

So, if taken proper precaution and by maintaining good hygiene some works can be made to start in rural areas. This way rural entrepreneur can revive the rural economy and improve the current situation of money crisis.
